By 2012, we took the next big step and officially founded SPLY s.r.o.. Our goal was to eliminate barriers to international sourcing and provide businesses with a seamless, reliable import process. We formed strong partnerships with manufacturers in China, allowing us to directly source high-quality products, negotiate competitive pricing, and ensure compliance with global trade standards.

At the same time, we began assisting European businesses in optimizing their supply chains, helping them cut costs, streamline logistics, and maximize profitability.

Expanding Operations in China (2012 – Present)

Recognizing the immense potential of direct sourcing, we set up our own office and warehouse in Shenzhen, China, one of the world's largest manufacturing hubs. This strategic move allowed us to:

        ✅ Work directly with factories – eliminating middlemen, reducing costs, and ensuring superior quality control.

        ✅ Speed up production and delivery – by having a local presence, we could oversee manufacturing, inspect products, and handle logistics efficiently.

        ✅ Offer private label solutions – helping businesses create their own branded products with custom specifications and packaging.

With a dedicated team on the ground, we established ourselves as a trusted sourcing partner for businesses looking to scale with high-quality, cost-effective imports from China.

Expanding into the U.S. Market (2012 – Present)

As demand for international sourcing grew, so did our ambitions. We realized that many of our clients wanted to expand beyond Europe and tap into the lucrative U.S. market. To support this expansion, we took a major step in 2022 by establishing our distribution center in Oregon, USA.

This facility became a game-changer, enabling businesses to:

        🚀 Store inventory closer to U.S. customers, reducing shipping times and costs.

        🚀 Expand sales channels by offering fulfillment and logistics support for U.S. e-commerce platforms.

However, our U.S. operations go beyond just warehousing and distribution.

One of the key services we provide to our clients is customized product imports from the U.S.. We have been operating in the American market since 2012, specializing in tailored sourcing solutions for smaller e-commerce businesses. Many of our clients require unique, made-to-order imports from the U.S., and we facilitate the entire process to ensure seamless delivery.

Additionally, some companies prefer not to sell their products outside the U.S., making it difficult for international buyers to access their goods. In such cases, we act as an intermediary, purchasing products as a U.S.-based company and then reselling and shipping them to customers in the Czech Republic.

To further support our clients' growth in the American market, we also offer the opportunity to expand their business into the U.S.. Clients can utilize our warehouse facilities for storage and take advantage of our fulfillment services, where our team handles inventory management and nationwide product distribution across the United States.
